Delivery Time
- Once the order is dispatched after confirmation of your order with our customer representative, the approximated average delivery duration across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities.
- For remote areas, delivery time 3 to 5 days or longer depending your area.
- Make sure you are available on the given contact number so our courier team can communicate with you easily regarding delivery of you parcel.
Delivery Charges
- Our delivery charges are from Rs. 150 to Rs. 200.
- Rs. 150 for Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar.
- Rs. 200 for other cities.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellation of your orders, please contact us within 24 hours after order placement.

Payment Method
- We offer cash on delivery service, the customer can easily pay to the rider after receiving the parcel.
Exchange / Refund
We don’t offer any refund for any of products.
All products purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 7 days if:
- Exchange request is made within time limit
- The item is damaged at the time of delivery
- The received parcel product is different from the order but be sure, you returned the product without using it.
- In exchange, customer will be responsible for shipping
